Notes management — Regression Test

Steps

  1. Open the Meeting tab (the meeting-notes list) and click New Note (top-right).
    • A new note is created and opens in the detail view
  2. Give the note a title and add some content in My Notes.
    • The title and content are accepted
  3. Go back to the Meeting list and confirm grouping.
    • The note appears under the correct date group (e.g. Today)
    • Older notes are grouped under their respective dates
  4. Hover the note row, open the menu, and choose Delete note.
    • A confirmation dialog appears ("Do you really want to delete this note?") with a preview
  5. Confirm the deletion.
    • A "Note has been removed" confirmation appears
    • The note disappears from the list

Variations

  1. Start recording a note, then delete it via the menu.
    • The dialog warns that deleting will stop the active recording
  2. Favorite a note from the sidebar (star), then unfavorite it.
    • The note appears in / leaves the Favorites section accordingly
  3. (Free tier) Open a note older than 30 days. No old note handy? In a non-prod build, open Settings → QA: under QA Entitlements set the plan to Free and click Apply, then under Seed backdated note enter 35 days and click Seed backdated note. (The lock only triggers when QA Entitlements shows enforcement=true — it is gated per environment, so a local dev backend may have it off.)
    • A "Notes older than 30 days are locked on the Free plan" banner shows with Unlock all notes
